The instruments used in intelligent modern measurement and control systems are all intelligent instruments, based on microprocessors, with the characteristics of easy use, dexterity, and multi-functions. However, not every intelligent instrument is equipped with a measurement and control software system. In order to make it more intelligent, some intelligent instruments that do not have a measurement and control software system are customized for equipment that needs to further improve the automation of the instrument.


Customized measurement and control software realizes the summary, collation, analysis and storage of instrument data, and presents the huge and cumbersome data processing quickly and clearly to the staff.

Detection data display


Measurement data is displayed in real time. According to the detection speed, in order to enable people to observe the information clearly, the detection data display frequency is set to 2~3 times per second. Abnormal data is displayed first. If the detection frequency is large, this display method is selected. If the detection frequency is small, the actual measurement is displayed. When qualified, the digital color is green, and when unqualified, the digital color is red. The color can be customized according to needs.

Whether it is a real photo or an image fitted with multiple data, it can be presented on this measurement and control software.


Fluctuation chart


The fluctuation chart is mainly used to view the dimensional fluctuation of the measured rolled material. The horizontal axis of the waveform chart is represented by time, and the time unit is seconds (s), the vertical axis represents the contour size measured by the probe, and the pre-set tolerances are all represented by red lines. The horizontal axis (i.e., the time axis) has a zoom in/out function, so the change trend of the size of the entire rolled material can be seen from the chart. When the mouse points to the corresponding time position (left click), a vertical cursor appears, and the corresponding dimensional condition can be observed.


Defect map


Under the measurement state, the types of tolerances can be observed, such as upper tolerance, lower tolerance, etc. The measured value that meets the requirements is indicated by green, the upper tolerance is indicated by red, and the lower tolerance is indicated by pink. Through the defect analysis function, the distribution of rolling defects of the measured object can be obtained very vividly and timely at the rolling site, so as to appropriately adjust the rolling process configuration.


Historical data


Named and stored by time, shift, rolling material specifications and other information, the storage time exceeds one year, the storage data is detailed, and can be exported in table form.


The measurement and control software system can also realize the control of instruments and meters, and the basic information and system parameters of some measured objects can be set through the measurement and control software system.
