The semi-physical simulation test system of the propulsion system of the 801 Institute of Aerospace was shipped
On November 10, the semi-physical simulation test system of the propulsion system of the 801 Institute of Aerospace Science and Technology completed the skid-mounted debugging in the factory and was successfully shipped after passing the inspection.
This project is a subsystem of a national key test project. Party A required 15 days from design to assembly and commissioning. The time was tight and the task was heavy. Xi'an Qihua implemented the concept of "trustworthy fluid measurement and control technology expert", and took on this extremely challenging project with the customer's needs in mind. To this end, the technical department staff brainstormed, changed their thinking, and innovated the construction and installation methods, changing the original large-scale on-site construction method commonly used in the industry to skid-mounted commissioning in the factory, which not only met the progress requirements but also improved the quality assurance level. The company's technical department, production department and logistics personnel worked overtime and all night, and worked together to shorten the project construction time from the original 60 days to 15 days, fulfilling their promise.
The successful delivery of this project has accumulated experience for Qihua, improved its innovation capabilities, tested teamwork, and enhanced its quality management level, bringing the company to a new level. In the future, our company will stay true to its original aspiration, deliver high quality and quantity, and fulfill its contractual obligations, to help the development of aerospace, nuclear industry, general equipment and other fields.
